    Hi there,

    This week a new property opened in Nantucket which represents the first fractional real
    estate ever to be offered on the island. Harborview Nantucket is a string of 10 intown,
    waterfront, urban-chic cottages with incredible amenities and concierge service on
    steroids.

    In the way of a “what’s new on Nantucket” roundup, there are three new offerings this
    season that are unusual for the island: Harborview Nantucket is my favorite, but in
    addition, the White Elephant has hotel residence units, called Harbor House and Point
    Breeze is going to be condo residences.

    All three represent new options for Bostonians who favor Nantucket, or who until now, have
    been priced out of the market. I have great photos and b roll.

    My spokesperson, Mitch Willey, would be an excellent guide to take you through the new
    options and show you the first completed properties within Harborview.

    I am reaching out to your website (www.hrtraveller.com) in hopes that you
    may be interested in doing a spotlight on these beautiful new properties., and/or a press
    release or interview for your readers.
